From the first 100,ooo users that received a beta invite to invites being sold on ebay, Google Wave is off to a sputtering start. Google Buzz seems to have taken the spotlight off Wave and has some significantly more advantageous social features. Wave just incorporated email notifications, similar to that of Buzz so you can now receive updates on conversation strings through you regular mailbox. Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
1. Go to wave.google.com and login
2. Click on the drop down arrow next to the inbox
3. Click ‘Notifications’
4. Select how often you would like to receive notifications and which email you’d like them to be delivered to in the drop down menu.
5. Click ‘Save’ and you’re done!
