In a recent report by Forrester Research, an online survey among marketers shows expectations for the effectiveness of the major interactive and traditional marketing channels over the next three years.

As this serves more as a validation than a surprise, its nice to have a visual representation for reference. I expect we’ll see mobile marketing moving up the list next year, however social media & online video will still remain very important as they influence engagement. We’ll continue to see companies putting more and more money into organic optimization and we’ll probably see an increase in paid inclusion as click through rate will influence organic search results.
