If you have had experience with affiliate marketing, you likely have found that the best way to find quality affiliate products to offer is to join an affiliate network site. By using an affiliate network instead of smaller, individual affiliate programs, it is much easier to find multiple products to market and you can combine your earnings from all of the different affiliate offers on your network to more easily reach your payout threshold.
One problem that affiliate marketers often run into is trying to figure out which affiliate networks are worth joining and which are a waste of time. The reality is that your marketing style and content of your websites will make some networks a better fit for you than others. So just because an affiliate network is the largest or has the highest payouts doesn’t automatically make that network a good fit for you. It is important to consider your marketing strengths and which networks offer products that best fit your preferred style of marketing.
Although there are factors that can make one program better than another on an individual level, Website Magazine was able to sort through the many affiliate networks in business today to come up with its list of the Top 50 Affiliate Networks. There are actually some highly ranks networks that I wasn’t even familiar with, so I’ve been browsing through many of them to see if they are a good fit for my efforts.
So, which network grabbed the top spot in Website Magazine’s rankings? It just so happened to be my personal favorite, Clickbooth. Given the point that I made earlier, I wouldn’t put too much emphasis on the actual rankings in this list, but I think they did a good job of putting together an excellent list of quality affiliate networks for affiliate marketers to take a look at.
