  3. Thousands of plugins– Once added, a plugin will add specific functionality to your blog. There are plugins for almost everything these days. Think of plugins like iPhone apps, there is usually an app out there that will suit your needs. Same goes for plugins. Save yourself the time and your developer the hassle of reinventing the wheel, look for a plugin first.
  4. Search engines love it– By simply installing the WordPress platform, you have solved 80-90% of your on page SEO work. Seriously, its that cool!
  5. Standards compliant– WordPress meets all the basic website requirements W3C for a website.
  6. Easily accessible-Whether you’re in the airport and have the itch to blog or need to make a quick edit via your mobile phone, you can access your blog admin anywhere.

  9. Support– There are hundreds of thousands of people using WordPress, so if you’re having a problem chances are someone else has had the same problem and has probably written about it.
  10. Themes– Just like the plugins, there are thousands of free and premium themes available for download.
